  1. Listing

    • Choose a real estate agent or decide to sell on your own (FSBO).

    • Prepare a compelling listing with high-quality photos and a detailed description.

    • List your home on various platforms, including the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.

  2. Marketing and Showings

    • Market your home through open houses, virtual tours, and online advertising.

    • Coordinate showings with prospective buyers.

  3. Offers and Negotiation

    • Review offers from interested buyers.

    • Negotiate terms, price, contingencies, and closing date.

  4. Under Contract

    • Accept an offer and sign a purchase agreement.

    • Conduct inspections and appraisals as required.

    • Negotiate repairs or credits if issues arise.

  5. Closing

    • Complete financing and title work.

    • Attend the closing meeting to sign paperwork.

    • Transfer ownership, and receive proceeds from the sale.

  6. Post-Sale

    • Fund your move and cancel utilities/services.

    • File any necessary taxes or paperwork.
